Like its sister floorpans, the Villetta comes in 3 elevations, each with its own distinctive flair, and a standard 2-car garage that can be upgraded to a 3-car option. 

 

The Villetta comes in both Standard and Extra width options that add even more square footage. With a finished footprint of up to 2,923 sq ft on a single level, the Villetta packs a lot of space into a beautiful single-floor package.
